With all commercial contracts, there is always an "on-site" supervisor who will follow a written schedule of tasks for each day, week or month.
The supervisor will liaise with management on minor matters of details, and with Jacq-Clean by telephone to report or discuss issues.
Day to day contact between Management's will normally be by telephone, and any additional visits to the site will be made on request.
All cleaners are fully vetted, have the legal right to work in the UK, are trained to observe Health and Safety standards, and are reliable
