Some Questions Clients have asked: 
 
Q. Are the cleaners experienced? 
A. All our cleaners have experience through working at other similar jobs. 
 
Q. Do you hold insurance? 
A. Jacq-Clean holds Public Liability and Employer's Liability Insurance, which protects against any major accidents. 
 
Q. What if something is broken, or is stolen? 
A. The policy does not cover any accident involving bleach, as using it is against Health and Safety standards. The insurance does not cover theft. Theft is a police matter. The insurance will not cover minor mishaps or low-value breakages. The insurers insist that damage valued at less than £200 is born by the client. The indemnity limit on any one claim is two million pounds sterling. 
 
Q. May we, as the client (commercial and domestic) provide a check-list of duties and schedules we require? 
A. Yes 
 
Q. What is the general cancellation time? 
A. For commercial premises and domestic homes one month's notice is required in writing. 
 
Q. Is there any SUPERVISION? 
A. YES - there is overall supervision by Jackie Rance who makes regular visits to all commercial sites, and who is in regular telephone contact with all cleaners. For domestic premises liaison is encouraged between the client and Jacq-Clean for discussion on any matter.
